Saluting a North Korean General

Commander Bone Spurs

There are a variety of reasons why I don’t like Trump, but let us start with the basic reason: his lack of respect for veterans and his admiration of dictators.  First, John McCain.

After McCain lost to Obama in the 2008 election, this is what Trump had to say:

“He lost, so I never liked him as much after that, ‘cause I don’t like losers,” he said. Trump went on to dismiss McCain’s war service: “He’s not a war hero. He’s a war hero because he was captured. I like people that weren’t captured.”

With that statement, a traitorous draft dodger, not only insulted McCain, but EVERY POW in every war this county fought in.  This from a man-child whose daddy paid a doctor to provide a reason for his son to stay out of a war.  I don’t know who the bigger coward was.  His father who left Europe to avoid their draft or the son who claimed “bone spurs”, even though, when asked, couldn’t even remember which foot they were on!

There are two levels of pain associated with bone spurs:

  • Mild Pain: Some individuals may feel a dull ache or discomfort, especially during movement.
  • Moderate to Severe Pain: In more severe cases, bone spurs can lead to sharp pain, stiffness, swelling, or difficulty moving the affected joint. This is often due to the spur pressing on nearby nerves, ligaments, or tendons.

If Trump only had mild pain, he may or may not known he had them, which means, with treatment, he could have served in Vietnam.  If he had moderate to severe pain, then surely he would remember them.

Trump loves dictators.  He wrote 27 “love” letters to Kim Jong Un, gushing with admiration, as Kim played him like a fiddle.  Like this, Kim:

“Even now I cannot forget that moment of history when I firmly held Your Excellency’s hand at the beautiful and sacred location as the whole world watched with great interest and hope to relive the honor of that day.

As we enter the new year the whole world will certainly once again come to see, not so far in the future, another historic meeting between myself and Your Excellency reminiscent of a scene from a fantasy film.”

Both of them live in a fantasy world, so why not a film?

The photo of Trump SALUTING a general of an enemy!  We are still technically at war with North Korea; we only have an armistice.  The general is, on the other hand, simply offering a handshake and wasn’t saluting, so why did Trump salute?  This country is responsible for the death of approximately 36,574 American soldiers and 10’s of thousand of POW with as many as 560 possible still in prison camps.  Another example of just how much Trump cares about our troops.
